So the micro programming algorithm sets up the parts of storing the data into the register memory of the CPU during the execution of the program on the operating system on the computer.

The permanent memory is used to read to access the data to show through the output device in the form of the output result or data to the end user that means the permanent is used to read the data when the user wants to access the data which has been stored previously on the permanent memory of space on the computer system.

The output device is used to display the data such as the monitor output device is used to show the data in the form of the display and the user can see the data when the user visits the particular data address where the data is stored into the permanent memory of the computer system.

The permanent memory is used to store permanently on the space of the memory and cannot be completely removed from the space of the permanent memory.

The output data is used to read from the permanent memory when the user commands to store the database into the provided space of the permanent memory for the user to store it and access when the requirements of the user to use the database.

This is the reason why the operating system is used to install into the permanent memory because the permanent memory cannot lose the database of the operating system.

The application software has some interface to access the database such as a file which has the user saved in the space of the permanent memory of the computer. 

The file which has been stored in the permanent memory of the computer through the application software, that file can access through the interface provided in the application software to use the option to access such as open a file which has been saved in the particular address of the memory setup by the application software or user.

The address of the file stored can be set up by the application software by default or the user can also customize the address of the file to save the file in the permanent memory of the computer system through the application software tools or options available on the menu section which is generally available on the file options of the menu bar.
